Event Rental – Rosa Montano – 3rd Party (Ackerman Hall)

On November 12th, 2016, Rosa Montano has rented Ackerman Hall without the kitchen at All God’s Children MCC from 3pm until 12am. Setup will be 3-5. Tear-down will be from 11-midnight. The actually event will be from 5pm until 11:00pm. Food will be served, as well as alcohol; however, they do not need the kitchen as everything will be brought in and set up on tables outside the kitchen area. The deposit and full amount has been paid.

80 people are expected to attend.

NOTE: Aware that there is a bit of overlap between the time of their setup needs and the completion of the Theater Organ Society’s recital at 2pm the same day, they have agreed to keep their event to basic setup level before the 5pm event. There will be a minimal number of people arriving to decorate and prepare prior to the actual event 3-5pm.
