On Saturday, July 29th, 2017 from 2 pm until midnight, Rosi Pacheco will be holding a birthday party in Ackerman Hall with full access to the kitchen. (10 hours total.) The group is expecting up to 150 people to attend, and will clean up afterward. Setup will begin at 2 pm; the actual party will begin at 4 pm. The group requested to bring a small amount of alcohol; however, I informed them we are unable to accommodate that at this time due to discussions around insurance (risk/liability).
