Music Ministry

The Music Ministry at All God’s Children is an important aspect of our community life. With a team of committed, high-quality volunteer musicians and singers, the music ministry enriches our worship and strengthens our faith. Their gifting, combined with Minister of Music Mike Haase’s leadership and training, has allowed the program to become one of the most respected and music programs in Minnesota. Our music program resourced the denomination’s past triennial, General Conferences (USA, Canada, Mexico).

All God’s Children’s music program is extensive. From drums to piano, from violin and cello to saxophone, the music team brings a wide range of talents to each service. Music at All God’s Children regularly includes: Piano, Bass, Stylistically Diverse Vocalists, A Small Chorus, Violin, Cello, Flute, Drums, Timpani, Saxophone, Trombone, Trumpet, and much more. Styles vary widely, from Dixieland Jazz to traditional hymns, frequently focusing on contemporary praise and worship. Through music, we let the world know how fun and moving good church can be. If you’re visiting, be sure to ask a regular attendee about our passionate and thunderous rendition of “It is Well With My Soul.”

We feature the Chancel Choir at our Sunday morning services.  They have sung throughout the world and sang the national anthem for Minnesota’s professional basketball team. (Go Minnesota Lynx!) The choir was featured in the student film, “AWOL.” Rehearsals are on Sunday at 8 AM.
