Second Spirit worship comes to Sunday mornings with a new, re-imagined and exciting format. Imagine a service that is interactive, a place where we engage in holy conversations relevant to the day's headlines and the hopes of this community. Imagine dramatic readings, book discussions, skits, broadway style sets, world and church music. Each month we'll take on a new theme. What's more, we'd love your input into the kinds of topics you would welcome. Contact the pastors if you have ideas.
The service is led by our SPIRIT band and singers. The words to the songs are projected on a large screen so that one doesn't have to be concerned with printed bulletins, hymn books, or other documents. You can simply allow yourself to soar in God's Spirit as the rhythm of the music moves you. If you're looking for a worship experience that is dynamic, where you can go deeper with your questions and your faith, then Second Spirit worship is for you.
Dress is usually casual. Most come in slacks, jeans, and comfortable shirts. Worship lasts usually an hour.
