Ministries : Worship Team

This ministry coordinates crucial aspects of the worship services on a weekly basis, including greeters/ushers, worship leaders, communion servers, and altar preparation.

Mission

The Worship Team exists to support and enhance the worship experience by providing trained ushers, co-celebrants, lectors, communion servers, service coordinators and acolytes. The team selects, organizes and maintains all liturgical supplies and paraments.

Goals

  • Increase number of women in the worship team by ten percent.
  • Recruit and train new worship leaders.
  • Incorporate Prayer Partners into the worship services.

Opportunities to Serve

Many worship leadership opportunities are available. Training is provided the team leader and pastors. Lay involvement is welcomed throughout the worship experience.
