EVENT DATE: Saturday, March 14, 2020
SPACE: Ackerman Hall with the Kitchen
TOTAL RENTAL TIME: 3 PM to 10 PM, including arrival/set-up time through clean-up and departure; a total of seven (7) hours.
Expected Attendance: 100

ABOUT OUR KITCHEN: our kitchen is a heat-and-serve kitchen only; cook-top and ovens are available for heating, and coffee pots and other cookware and serving pieces may be used. Ice chests are available for your use at no charge; ice is not included. Refrigerator and Freezer space is not included and typically not available; special arrangements may be possible by making arrangements in advance with our kitchen manager, Nona Savino; she is copied on this email.

CLEAN-UP: The clean-up for which you’re responsible includes any spills on tables, counters or floor, wash any AGCMCC cookware/service ware used in the kitchen, returning anything of AGCMCC’s that you used to where it was, take trash to the green dumpster behind the church, and remove anything you brought in: food, equipment, supplies, decorations etc. Your Building Host, Bill Breitrick, will let you know if he’d like you to move tables to return the room to the standard set-up if tables and chairs have been rearranged. NOTE: most often they can be left ‘as is’ from your event to facilitate our cleaning; he’ll let you know.
