Michelle Bahr She/Her/Hers
My husband Dale and I began attending AGC 6 years ago. We were looking for a church that would marry same sex couples, specifically thinking about my son and thinking he might someday want to marry his boyfriend. We ended up finding a whole lot more and we are so grateful. Our entire spiritual walk has shifted; we question things we’ve always been taught from our religious pasts, we’ve been so educated about those living in the margins and have found an incredible opportunity to live out what we really believe Jesus asks of us. We’ve not only found a church home, but a beautiful community of love and light. We now consider all of the folks at AGC our dearest family. I am simply honored to serve this community to the best of my ability. I’m a private practice LADC/therapist in the Scott County area and adjunct faculty at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. And a mom and a grandma.
